1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LomTV, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use LomTV on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Licensed Streaming Service
LomTV obtains licenses from rights holders, distributors, or other parties authorized to license movies and series. Licensed content is made available only for streaming inside the LomTV app. LomTV does not export, sublicense, syndicate, or distribute its licensed catalog to third-party platforms.
3. Your Limited Licence
Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan restrictions, LomTV grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and stream available content inside the app for private, non-commercial viewing.
This license does not permit downloading or exporting content unless LomTV provides an explicit in-app offline feature, and it never permits redistribution, public performance, commercial exhibition, rebroadcast, resale, sublicensing, or use on a third-party platform.
4. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. You may not sell, transfer, or share access outside the household or usage scope permitted by your plan. Users under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
If paid access is offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Payments and refunds may be handled by the app store or payment provider through which you subscribed and may also be subject to that provider's terms. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Prohibited Use
When using LomTV, you must not:
- Copy, capture, record, rip, download, export, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform licensed content except where the app expressly permits offline viewing or the law provides a non-waivable right.
- Circumvent digital rights management, geographic restrictions, access controls, advertising controls, or other technical protections.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, automate access to, or extract data or content from the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use LomTV or its content for a commercial venue, public screening, resale, sublicensing, training a model, or operating another content service.
- Share credentials beyond the scope allowed by your plan, impersonate another person, or submit false support or legal requests.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or content.
7. Availability and Changes
Content availability depends on license territory, license period, title, plan, age rating, device, technical capability, and other contractual restrictions. Titles may be added, replaced, or removed when licensing arrangements change. LomTV may update, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the service, subject to any notice or consumer rights required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
LomTV, its interface, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Movies, series, artwork, music, trademarks, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are made available under license. No rights are granted except the limited access right expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
LomTV may rely on app stores, payment processors, hosting, content delivery, analytics, security, or support providers. Their separate services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Use of those operational providers does not authorize them to export or independently distribute LomTV's licensed catalog.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, unauthorized content use, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or harm to LomTV, users, licensors, or service providers. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
When access ends, your right to use LomTV and stream licensed content ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and accrued obligations, will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LomTV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every title will remain available, that playback will always be uninterrupted, or that every device or network will be compatible. We do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LomTV and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from unauthorized account use, third-party services, or service interruption. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in LomTV, licensing arrangements, business practices, or law. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
